Kesiya Chitete is an award-winning business leader and strategic consultant with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and customer experience. She specializes in delivering innovative solutions that promote business growth and operational excellence. Her expertise includes disruptive marketing techniques, customer journey optimization, personal and brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and business growth frameworks designed to give clients a competitive edge.

Kesiya holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is also a certified digital marketing expert and has earned the prestigious Level 7 CIM UK Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing. With additional certifications in customer experience, business administration, performance management, and public speaking, Kesiya brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to every project she undertakes.
